Appalling service

Hi guys just to share my experience with you. No matter how many times I pop into the checkers hyper on 14th Avenue, there is no doubt about it...I have to stop and get my all time favourite peanut butter bliss smoothie at Kauai and for my four other family members as well. The smoothies are fantastic! Unfortunately I cannot say the same thing about the appalling service you get from a particular person by the name of Israel that works there. I am never dissappointed by his lack of customer service! Today the appalling service took away the enjoyment we got from sipping on our smoothies. I simply cannot understand why he has such a terrible attitude. I have been served numerous times by him and on one occasion I did enquire if he was okay, because he looked and sounded so angry to which he answed that it was his normal look. You don't always have to smile, but the tone of your voice says it all. No politeness when interacting for the first time with the customer. Today my daughter and I ordered our smoothies, I left her there to collect them and proceeded into the checkers to do some shopping, a good 30 minutes later she was still waiting for them. I asked her if she had enquired if the smoothies were ready to which she said that she had, but the guy turned around and walked off without responding. I then asked Israel if our smoothies were ready and he just pointed to them and walked off again. Everytime I have been served by him when the smoothies are ready you have to go and ask if they are yours because they get left on the counter and nothing gets said, even if you are the only customer waiting there, nobody says anything, it gets put to the side of the counter and left there for you to inquire if its your order. One bad apple can spoil the whole basket. I do expect when the order is ready for the server to say...thanks your order is ready. While they stand there knowing that you waiting for it. We all have a choice where to spend our money and moving forward never mind that it's so convenient I will not be spending my money there and neither will my family!
