Appalling service at Kauai, Musgrave Centre

The service at Kauai Musgrave Centre is absolutely awful. The staff are unhelpful, uninformed, disrespectful and look unhappy about being there. They are always chatting amongst themselves and refuse to engage with the customer. The cashier actually shoved my hand away after I scanned my code then went on talking about us in Zulu assuming that we would not understand what she was saying. Their unfriendly, rude and ugly behaviour made it a totally unpleasant experience. Fed up of keeping quiet in the face of appalling service just to avoid confrontation.
