I was very excited when I got a message on my phone from Discovery Vitality informing me that my recent physical activity and hard work earned me a smoothie from Kauai. That meant after a hard training session I can reward myself with a peanut butter bomb smoothie at Somerset Virgin Active. <br> That weekend I trained extremely hard and in extreme heat and then went to claim my reward. After searching for the Kauai staff for 10 minutes, I tried to redeem my Discovery Digital Card, and a blank voucher screen opened up. I needed the number to collect my peanut butter bomb. I tried all week to get it working, to no prevail. I phoned Discovery and they gave me my voucher numbers. Today was also the expiry date for me to claim my reward. I trained hard yet again in more extreme heat, and when I finally went to claim my reward, the Kauai staff was missing again. When I found one staff member, she just looked blankly at me saying \Eh
