Absolute disgusting service

Isn’t it enough that Kauai gives us these horrible paper straws that taste like dead fish now I’m told that I can’t my order and just have to pay for something I no longer want even though the transaction hasn’t even been completed. So, at Virgin Active Little Falls store I ordered a smoothie and before paying changed my mind and wanted to order something else. I was told that I can’t do that and just have to pay for it and order another one if I don’t want that. So apparently the Kauai Head Office doesn’t allow them to cancel orders even if you haven’t paid yet. What nonsense is that. What if the cashier rung up the wrong item? Can they still not cancel it? Who pays for it then? This is just unacceptable
