Avoid using

Please avoid using this lady for UIF claims. Agents are no longer able to do maternity claims and she will not advise you of this. She asks you to pay to courier documents to her, just to scan it and send electronically to a DOL email address that you can obtain off their website. They don't even respond to to those e-mails, so you are pretty much paying for a failed service from the get go. I'm out R680 (incl R100 courier fees) as a result and still no UIF payment.
