Practice closing down - finally!!!

The most disappointing service that you can receive from a lawyer. Neither she, nor her assistant does any work on your cases. But they are quick to bill you.... o yes. If you queried what the charges are for, then you get told that it has been explained to you a million times. Charges for first appointments get done twice. "Deposit" fees do not get allocated to anything concretely done. You get charged a flat fee of R5500.00 for "Divorce", where no divorce was finalized, no settlement agreement was even finalized. Now the firm is closing down due to clients not paying....... Might it not be that you are not being paid, because the work was never done? So now we are waiting patiently for the account to be handed over for collection. Maybe then you will finally take the time and energy to explain why you charge for services not rendered.
