Katty House attitude shift
I've been a loyal wholesale client of Katty House for almost 2 years. I have never once been told there is a minimum spend on my account. Today I drove out to purchase balloons for valentines Day, but as they hadnt yet unpacked their stock in the new store, I said I'd be back later in the week to purchase. I asked to purchase the items I need so long, and they suddenly refused to assist me due there now being a new minimum spend per purchase. No info is displayed at the store, nor was anything sent to me by email. I asked if they'd prefer to lose me as a monthly purchasing client, and they seemed quite OK with that. Good luck to you, with such an attitude in our current economy.
