On the 1 of December 2019 ,we went for lunch ,before placing our order we advised the manager Sbo that we will be making use of the entertainer app ,there was three of us and our one friend was on his way ,we asked was it ok if we made use of two vouchers he said it's ok ,he rude ,has no management s****s and does not how to talk and treat clients ,the food all four of our dishes was pathetic ,when we asked for the bill he refused to put through two vouchers
