Worst service of the century!!!

This company was given a package of my books on the 5th of March to send to me from Johannesburg to East London. Even today, I still have not received anything. I'm failing to study because I don't have material, I'm being delayed and sabotaged by their incompetence. What's even more frustrating is that they don't respond to either phone calls or emails. Zilch!

For me to say I'm angry is an understatement, I just can't deal anymore. What kind of courier asked a whole month without delivery?
