UNISA parcel tracking. Worst courier service in RSA!!!!!!!!

I have phoned this company twice, two weeks ago, after their website(Which allows you to "TRACK" your UNISA parcel) says that it has been shipped already(On 16 January). After phoning for 3 days someone managed to pick up the phone, directed me to a person who couldn't care less about my issue, said she will phone back..guess what, still waiting. I phoned them again the next day, same story - "I will follow up and phone you back" - STILL WAITING!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then I sent them an email to which I received a response stating that it will be delivered the next day(Friday the 15th Feb). It still has not been delivered. Worst part is, their company sits literally 2 km up the street from where I work, but they can't answer me when I ask to come pick up the parcel. Worst service I have ever encountered.
