Unisa deliveries

Who made the mistake of giving Katlego Global Logistics the contract to deliver study material for UNISA? We are suffering. Katlego Global Logistics is the most *********** courier I have ever dealt with. How did they win the tender? UNISA must remove them from their panel of service providers. My study material has been with them since 26 July 2018 but I'm still waiting for the delivery of my package. If this is how long they take to do a simple domestic delivery in the same town that they are based in, it probably takes them 3 years to deliver in Cape Town. Worse part is that they don't even bother to pick up their phones. I have been calling them on a daily basis for a week now. So disappointed!
