terrible service, rude drivers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Someone was supposed to deliver my books at 12:00 this afternoon, but showed up at my house a few minutes ago, without letting me know. No one was home to sign for the books as the driver was almost four hours too early. The driver refused to give me a name, or his vehicle registration, or the number of an authority figure I could contact to figure this out. He was extremely rude and unhelpful, and after we had an argument he left, and now refuses to answer my calls. So how do I get my study material now?? I have assignments due, I need my books. This is pathetic, to say the least.
