TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM KATLEGO LOGISTICS

i received the worst service from Katlego logistics . i a called in on Tuesday to follow up on my study material , i spoke to a gentleman called Tendani he promised to track my parcel and get back to me , he did not call me back. i called back and spoke to another gentle man he advised that my material arrived on the 29 of January , however nobody called me to deliver , the second also did not get back to me.

This delivery company failed to understand that as a student i need my study material so i can plan my study schedule and prepare for my assignments that are now due and i have not received my materials .
