Terrible service
Poor service!! Waited 2 to 3 weeks for my study material from this company and when I phoned they said their problems with their transportation vehicles?? ... and nor sure when they'll deliver. Have written a complaint with Unisa, but never received a reply.

09 Jan 2019, 10:12Dear Vivian, we only started delivering the UNISA study material for 2019 from the 2nd of January 2019. Currently there is a Student protest at UNISA and as such all deliveries have been put on hold. Please rest assured that you will receive your study material in due time. In the interim, please can you email your student number to *** so we can check the status of your parcel.
