Poor service

These people cannot do their jobs they fail to deliver, they are supposed to be a courier service company and deliver our things right on our doors but they fail to do so claiming that they can't find my address on GPS and that's a lie. They told me to come fetch my things at the Police station I agreed but their driver never pitched I tried calling them on this number 021) ********** they dropped the phone on me. Their service is disgusting.
