Katlego Logistics, you shouldn't be in the business of logistics.

This is the new courier company contracted to UNISA for the delivering of study material. I get a call from the driver, asking me for directions to get to my office, which is located in Pietermaritzburg, he is in Durban. So now I have to sit for half an hour + explaining how to get to my office, this company cannot even give the drivers the correct tools to be able to do their jobs efficiently, now instead of this company assisting their drivers, who dont even have smartphones, I now have to "*****" time from my employer by sitting on the phone for over half an hour giving directions. What kind of "logistics" company is this?? Your drivers cannot even navigate properly as you have not provided them the tools to do so, you wont even give them directions yourselves. This is a serious embarrassment to the logistics industry, and I sincerely hope your contract with UNISA gets revoked, as you are clearly not up to the task of getting material delivered on time and efficiently, and the only ones that suffer are us, the customer. PS, This is not the drivers fault, this is your company that is at fault for not giving them the tools to do their jobs properly, and not managing this process correctly.
