Katlego courier service is so pathetic!!!!!!

I have been waiting for my UNISA material. This stupid courier company sent me sms 02/08/2018 that my parcel has been loaded for delivery, When tracking it now it still shows pending. I went to UNISA in Florida, was advised my study material is already been sent out. I was advised i should call Adolph ********** 738, spoke to him he advised my study material is at their Midrand branch and i need to call ********** 618 and speak to Kateko, called then i spoke to Thendani she advised she will give Kateko message to call me back, still nothing. I have been calling both the Midrand no. and the Florida no answer. I have assignments due on the 17 Aug 2018 and i haven't received my material.

The service with this Katlego company is so pathetic!! UNISA should honestly terminate their contract with these bunch of losers ... they don't know the meaning of service.
