Katlego courier for UNISA

Good day I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the new courier UNISA is using.

I am now waiting three weeks for my study material. I received an sms that I will receive it within 6 days. Still waiting. Phones head office and was told its at Cape Town branch since 13th June. Phoned Cape Town numerous times. They promised me it will be delivered within two days. Its now 29th June. Still waiting. The previous courier usually took 4 days for delivery.

Cannot understand the incompetance of this company. Really unprofessional
