Kathlego Couriers: an utter waste of time and money

This company is a scourge. They have been tasked with delivering Unisa study materials, however have not done so. Where materials have been delivered, students have either gone to the respective branches and wait, called to the single number available per branch, or contact them via email.

My waybill details show that although my materials arrived at the Cape Town branch on 11 July, they were only scanned on the floor on 13 August. There is no indication as to when my materials will be delivered.

To sketch this in a better context, I studied abroad through Unisa for most of my semesters. My materials arrived within a week of the payments being made. Only once was there a delay with a single module and I was contacted about the matter directly by the erring department.

This company is utterly pathetic and Unisa would do well to cancel their contract with them.
