HORRIFIC SERVICE FROM KATLEGO GLOBAL LOGISTICS!

This the worst courier company I have ever encountered! It has been three weeks and I am still waiting for them to delver my study material from UNISA in Pretoria to Cape Town, yet I have still to receive it.

The initial sms i received on the 26th July stating they are start of the delivery process, according to the tracker my study material has been in Cape Town since the miring of the 6th of August, yet nothing has been delivered.

I have been calling and sending e-mails to all their divisional branches, yet nobody has even bothered to pick up the phone or reply to my e-mails.

As a student I depend on the study material to study and do my work, I don't always have access to the internet and money to waste on printing paper .

UNISA made a huge mistake hiring this company to deliver our study material. UTI was soooooo much better, it would takes them maybe 3 days to deliver from PTA to Cape Town.

They are beyond pathetic and should lose the contract they have with UNISA.
