Horrible Service

I have been waiting for my study material for a month, they put the phone down and do not respond to emails. They promised to deliver my study material on the 1st it is now the 7th and there is no clear indication of when I will receive my material, I am 20min away from their warehouse.

They do not even deserve a 1 star rating. They keep telling me that my study material will be despatched today every time I call that is when they don't put the phone down.
