Disgusting delivery processes

I am shocked at the nonchalant attitude of these people! I called on Thursday and was advised that my parcel is out for delivery that day. Was advised that if I receive nothing I should call the following day! (Today). I called today and was advised that it was delivered yesterday and signed for by Charles, first of all; who the heck is Charles!? I was then advised that they will call me back and once they did. It was discovered that the driver had marked my package as delivered (uhm, that’s *****) but it is still in the van and will be delivered today! Guess what!? NOTHING HAS COME YET!!! Where is my study material!!!! I have an assignment due on Friday next week. Disgusting honestly. Complete incompetence!
