Disappointing service by KATLEGO courier services for UNISA study material

I am seriously disappointed in Katlego courier services. My UNISA study material has been with them since the beginning of the month, and they continuously fail to deliver it to me. Upon following up several times they kept promising to deliver but never did. The next time they always made excuses that my place is too far away and that there is no other parcel going my direction. When I phoned yesterday they promised the driver was on his way in my direction and I should have it latest by this morning. But surprise, they didn't come. And since it's Saturday I can't get hold of anyone at the offices. I am tired of waiting and angry with the service - their job is delivering parcels, they cannot keep making excuses why they aren't coming my way and I am not prepared to drive somewhere to meet them on the way. I just want my material to be delivered my place.
