Courier company not delivered parcel given to them a MONTH AGO

I have been waiting for my study material from UNISA to be couriered for over a month. After numerous phone calls, sometimes the phone is picked up and put down on me I had someone answer who could not get hold of their Port Elizabeth (apparently where my material has been waiting for over a month!!!) So I am still without my material and falling behind in my studies because of a useless courier company. Please, do not use them, I cannot fathom why UNISA does....

I wish I could rate them less than one star as they are jeopardising someone's career.
