failure to complete flooring and poor service

on 05th September 2015 katlego enterprises had conducted a job at my house in Boksburg.<br> the owner did the job but did not put in a piece of skirting. his excuse was that the supplier had given one less skirting as was out of stock. He did promise to fit it on Monday and avoided me till Thursday. he appears on Thursday night with the piece but claiming his machine is broken. I have not heard from him ever since.<br> he still avoids my calls
