Paid for Qoute, then received nothing!

I found the company on the internet. They answered my query to supply 1000 liters of glacial acetic acid to be delivered in Pretoria. <br> <br> They sent me a proforma invoice in the amount of R14 000 and promised delivery on Tuesday if they received full payment on Monday 16 March 2015. It was paid by ETF.<br> <br> On Wednesday the CEO phoned to say that the salesman gave me the wrong quote and that the price is R30 per liter. I told him that - although he should deliver what was quoted - it is OK, he can just pay me back the money.<br> <br> Since I last spoke to him, nothing has happened. They do not answer emails and do not answer the telephone. Needless to say that I did not receive my money back!
