Terrible Customer Service

<p>We were refused a seat on the restaurant's terrace, although it was completely empty and the sky was clear. We had to persuade the waitress and manager to allow us to buy take away cake, which was then delivered in tinfoil without a s**** or fork. We tipped the waitress (even though we're students, and only taking take away). Both waitress and manager refused to supply us with plastic forks or give us forks from the restaurant, even though we were sitting on restaurant territory, thus leaving us to eat cake with our fingers on a bench just outside the restaurant.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
