Disappointing Experience at Katinka's - Dullstroom

I visited Katinka's in Dullstroom on 03.03.2024 and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. While I was looking forward to enjoying the food and ambiance, the behavior of the manager completely overshadowed everything.

The manager was both disrespectful and dismissive, which made the entire visit uncomfortable and ultimately forced us to leave and dine elsewhere. As a paying customer, I expect not only good food but also courteous and professional service, which was sadly lacking.

I hope the owner and management team take this feedback seriously and address such behavior promptly. Ensuring a welcoming and respectful environment is essential to creating memorable experiences for all patrons.
