Katinka Self-catering worst owner with stink attitude and a ****. You will not get your breakage deposit back!

The owner of the establishment, Helena Katinka had the worst greeting face. We arrived and I phoned the person that communicated with us from the start , called Nieco. Helena came around the corner with the worst face ever! And asked us why we didn't phone her. We looked at her with so much confusion because who the hell does she think she is to greet us so ugly not even a hello , welcome. Nothing. I told her we don't have her number because the number on the house isint even hers. Anyways, she looked at us and my children and asked how old is my youngest and we said she's one, and then she said cos you have to pay extra because it says on her side that o booked for two adults and one child, mind you my eldest is 4years old and my baby a one year old. I showed my proof. Another bed wasn't made, so she made the bed. First thing I noticed was the dust in the place and the kitchen table wasn't cleaned properly the floor was still full of sand we had to sweep again..later that evening we saw the electricity units was on 4.1 we called Nieco and he laughed and said he will contact Helena. We sat in the dark for an hour. She came in and struggled to punch in the units and so I stood up and helped her , mind you when she walked in she said she didn't know it was so bad. Anyways the kettle was faulty because it tripped the electricity numerous times. I also counted the glasses and plates just incase she says that we broke something. We brought plastic cups for our girls , so they had their own drinking cups. Myself and my daughters went home sick because of the dust. I asked Helena the day after we came back from our break. She says that we damaged her fridge with a pink stain apparently she tried removing it with jik, we left her coffee table with oil stains mind you the day we arrived I asked her if I could put the coffee tables on the side of the couch away from my daughter's. I didn't use the tables once because we sat at the dinning table that was covered with plastic and then she said oh you broke a glass. I was like oh hell no! I will never refer anyone to this place. We had the worst experience. If you are coloured or black ....I do not advise you to go to this place. I've been to a number of places in Herm****, but this one was the worst one..
