Bad service and bad work done

I toke my car for a qoute at Kathuhari workshop in Kathu. The owner give my a price of amost R14.000. The company that cause the accident paid that full amount into Kathuhari account on my request only. Kathuhari never told ne the money was paid only a week later i followed up. Then it toke the owner lady 7 weeks to order a bumper and light and slides. They toke the petrol cap for a paint match and had it for more then 2 weeks. I told her that i cant keave my car there they must just make sure the pain is the same as on petrol cap i will install the bumper myself. The colour of the bumper is like a mirror totally wrong not even close to the petrol cap colour. I am still waitng for my light as she has many stories why she have not got it as is a huge lie. She blame me for putting on my cars bumper and not her own useless painters. The bumper cost only R1300.00 and the light only R1445.00 thats onlly R2945 and i give her R14000 and she still have a bad attitude. This is the wirste place tot take your car for any repairs. I will be givin my laywer instruction to get all my money back. Be aware of this Kathhari workshop. I have full proove of all messages between my and her.
