Absolutley Excellent

We received the most fantastic Personal Service from Jacqui, she was incredibly understanding and looked after our boy as if he was her own! I would recommend the Kathotel to everyone for long and/ short durations. The facilities are extremely clean and well kept and the Kitties are all so happy and well looked after while you are away. Even after my numerous (rather annoying I'm sure) phone calls Jacqui completely understood and was there to reassure me.
