No communication on Huawei replacement inverter

We get no feedback from Kathea regarding a Huawei inverter that is under guarantee. After numerous attempts and after sending them the faulty inverter, nothing happened an we are losing generation revenue everyday. When we call we are transfered to answering machines. The ticket no 3869 was logged in the beginning of January already.
