Rude receptionist!

<p> Anthea (receptionist) that thinks the sun shine out of her .......... She has no way of speaking to patients over the phone and in person. She only smiles and laughs with her regulars, a receptionist is suppose to helpful and friendly . This woman will chase all your patients away , I changed my Doctor and will never go there again. Please send her for training.</p>
