Paying a full consultation twice

I saw a Dr on Wednesday 22/05/2024 horribly sick at Westridge. Was prescribed antibiotics and ibrufen, I completed my antibiotics course as instructed but because I wasn't any better I called in asking if I could be seen again for evaluation as I'm struggling to work as I'm still badly sick. The Drs office has instructed me to come in and pay an extra full payment of R400 though the medication I was provided for did not work as I'm still really sick. I am still suffering and paying a full consultation for a matter I went in for is absurd. I'm very disappointed and will never be referring any family nor friends again.
