Good day It is with great disappoint and with a sadden heart, to see how my grandson was treated and the service was pathetic!! My grandson who had experience a bad eye infection,was not properly examined by Dr Johan Bart present at the time. He was then rushed to the local baby clinic because blood started coming from his eye and it was blue and swollen. He was then diagnosed with a bacterial eye infection that was septic

As a private medical practice I would have expected better service and treatment.

And to top it all off while I was waiting a 5 year old boy who was in a major accident who fell off the back of a bakkie was told by reception to eat sweets and stay awake How disgusting and belittling from a medical staff member
