Misrepresentation

Misleading and poor customer satisfaction etiquette. I was told that I met the qualifying criteria to receive the sign up bonus and this company came back stating I've not met the qualifying criteria even though I am a working class South African for over 11 years. They have failed to disclose the reason for the decline. ****!
