Kassie's Appliance Repair Guys in Brackenfell - Biggest *****

I had problems with my fridge (not making cold anymore) and my dishwasher in September 2018. Phoned Marnus Leroux ( ********** ) (his business is KASSIE'S APPLIANCE REPAIR GUYS) and he advertises on GUMTREE and FACEBOOK) since I have made use of his services previously. Took both my fridge and dishwasher to him for repairs. October 2018 - Got my fridge back after numerous calls and a lot of excuses from him. (R1100 later and a new thermostat) but still not making cold and no progress on dishwasher. Promised to come out and replace heating element (which now is the new excuse for the fridge not working) when he delivers the dishwasher (the circuit board) burnt but he is already busy replacing it with a spare unit he had lying around (according to him). January 2019 - not a word from Marnus Leroux. No refund, no working fridge, no dishwasher at all and no response from him. To me this is theft AND *****. Stay away from this man - he is a ***** and will waste your money and time (and take off with your appliances. Be warned!!!
