Unauthorised Bank transactions

Went online to purchase Kaspersky for the new year,could not get past the cart ,both my husband and I have purchased this programme before. I gave up and went to purchase a 3 user from Incredible connection as i did not want to be without an antivirus on my computer. I then received emails saying that my cart is still waiting to which I never responded. I then sent an email to them explaining what happened,I received an automated message telling me that they would respond. Well, that never happened and I received a bank statement saying they had taken money from my account R395.00 at the beginning of January ,as well as my husbands account!! I then sent 3 emails to them explaining me dilemma and to date no one has bothered to reply despite the automated replies coming after each email. I would like these amounts refunded as this to be is blatant ***** as I my husband never authorised these payments. I just wonder how many other people have had these amounts deducted without checking up? If this is how they do business you can be sure that this will be the last year I will be renewing my antivirus from Kaspersky Lab. Estelle and Eric Fenech
