Took my money without authorisation

I have been with Kaspersky for several years. This year - without my authorization - they deducted R477 at the beginning of March from my credit card for renewal of license. When buying the product online, I mark the box that says DO NOT RENEW automatically. The product that I normally buy is R352 for one year. <br> <br> And despite taking my money, they have not sent me any renewal license codes. <br> <br> They do, however, keep sending me e-mails telling me that my license has expired.<br> The offer on the e-mails: 50% discount if I renew now.<br> <br> Numerous e-mails to them have been ignored.<br> <br> I want to know who authorized the payment<br> I want to know why they deducted so much<br> I want to know if they are even aware that I am on Windows 10<br> Rikki Billson<br>
