I had/have Kaspersky Internet Security anti-virus on my laptop. Expiry or renewal date was 6/4/2016. I renewed on 2/4/2016 and payment of R288 for renewal was deducted from my Visa account and Kaspersky credited on 2/4/2016 Payment ref ***0. Kaspersky has not sent a renewal licence key and now no anti-virus protection. Various attempts to resolve the situation over last 7 day to get the license key for which has been paid has borne no fruit. This happened 2 years ago as well. What seems to be a reasonable deal is actually very expensive. A person is now forced to re-purchase at R415 in addition to the R288 already paid. Surely that is what is known as theft Kaspersky are *******!
