Sneaky auto renewal without a head's up

My subscription was on its way to expire and I was going to allow it to, because I no longer needed the subscription. Yesterday morning I received two emails, each an hour apart. However, as I was preoccupied and was not with my phone, I only saw the emails when it was too late. The first email stated that my subscription would automatically be renewed. The second email - a mere 60 minutes later - informed me that R459 had been deducted from my account for my new Kaspersky subscription. This is unacceptable. I did not even have an adequate amount of time to cancel the auto renewal before the money was already deducted from my account. They should have let me know AT LEAST 24 hours in advance. I emailed the support team and have yet to get an answer 36 hours later. I will DEFINITELY not be supporting this company again if this is how they do business. Absolutely sneaky.
