no support to install paid protection

We went online on the 12th of August and because there was a special going we bought support from Kaspersky. I received mails to confirm payment and numbers : Order ***2<br> <br> Activation code: 61RHR-8A9HV-QN31B-7KH6Q. After that I've been battling to get them to send me a mail to activate or even support to help me. I went onto the Kaspersky webpage and send mails numerous times from there. I still do not have support, or anybody to help me. <br> I do not want to install other protection but I had to otherwise I would have been without any!!<br> <br>
