KASPERSKY WON'T GIVE YOU YOUR REFUND

I bought the paid version of Kaspersky (Total Security - Multi Device), on the understanding there is a 14 day money back guarantee. They sent me the necessary codes to get the program up and running. What a disaster (as a matter of interest I still had a few days of my old anti-virus package remaining - Avast). After installing Kaspersky my PC became VERY VERY slow and it disabled my Ethernet connection on my modem. So no internet access! I uninstalled Kaspersky and bingo, everything worked perfectly again. <br> I phoned their support number and they sent me a long winded email to try this and that and then re-install Kaspersky. I followed their instructions step-by-step, and exactly the same thing happened as before.<br> In the process Kaspersky managed to render the remaining days of my Avast anti-virus package totally useless. So I was left with no protection at all. They were quick to take my money, but now that I am applying for a refund there are long stories about having to review my request with support staff
