Kaspersky Lab and their clueless staff.

I wanted to buy Kaspersky Lab Total security on Sunday night but found that they lie about their product pricing.

The promote the product for 1 PC as R297.00 online but once I tried to purchase the product online the price escalate to R340.00 once I clicked on buy the product. The only explanation I have for this is that they possibly excluded the VAT. This is wrong. Your price advertised should already include VAT.

When I called them on Monday to dispute this I was transferred from one person to another and not assisted. I eventually ended up speaking to a Russian guy in Russia who had no clue on how to handle the matter and just said the price is the price and its not his problem.
