Kaspersky is the worst company.

I purchased Kaspersky Total Security from Makro on 18th January. I have had such problems with it - I could not install it on my 2nd computer. I eventually contacted them who tried to help. I then tried to register an account, it told me I already had an account. I then said "Forgot password" and get several replies in Russian. I then phoned Kaspersky SA who were EXTREMELY unhelpful, and told me to email Diana Mathu. I did so on 19th January. I got a mail back to say she was out of office on 12th January. Happy New Year. Well, I emailed on the 19th, and to date, have not heard a word. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCT.
