Kasperky's best Internet Security .....deducting moneuy from old accounts

Kaperersky South Africa deduct money from bank account but I have not use Kaspersky for over 2 years now i do not think I will get the money back what what is going to4 stop them deducting money .....changing my bank account is not an option caus e it is linked too to many financial services and accounts and is just not possible Can you help me The email was *** and the transaction was R488.74 SACOcomkasperskyco......
