How do you supply Internet security that does not give you online banking protection

<p>In 2016 I purchased a 3yr internet security package from kaspersky which included Safe Money for all your banking. All ran well until licence renewal 2017 , I can no longer get Safe Banking and from time to time I need to reload this package as there seems to be a glitch. Kaspersky was made aware of this on the 4th of Sept and ever since have had me jumping through hoops for them like a trained circus animal. 29th Sept they responded that in Oct they would have a fix for this despite my requests that I've escalated to managerial level I have had no feedback</p>
