Kasi shade its a ****
Kasi shade services are very poor and appalling ,they lacks business ethics and integrity. We contracted them to build a shelter at our home, they suggested that we use their most expensive material because they are of great quality seeing that there was a little difference from what we initially had installed previously, we went ahead and had it installed however one month later it rained and the shelter was terribly destroyed.when we contacted them they refused to take responsibility and said we should claim from house insurance. They did not deliver on their promise and its obvious that they used poor materials.They are ******** people of their hard earned money, they have no remorse and i won't advise anyone to use their services.
We do acknowledge that we did an installation of a skylight for Mr Mosses and recommended an acrylic sheet on bases that it carries 30 year guarantee on yellowing, it has a better UV protection and less heat transmission. Unfortunately the hail that hit your area was of a size that is bigger than the size of a golf ball, our sheet cannot withstand such hail. The one that was previously installed was badly damaged, it had already turned yellow and was falling apart hence we recommended a better product in terms of yellowing. We did not refuse to assist however we advised to claim from the insurance and we offered to assist with the assessment report, as we have assisted clients in your area who had the same issue, we have submitted the supplier guarantee which states that they do not give guarantee on hail damage. It is unfortunate that your shade was damage by hail a month after the installation however, we give a 2 year guarantee on workmanship and in this case the shade was not damaged because of poor workmanship.
