KASHFIN SOLUTIONS DE*****ING PEOPLE
I see some people have been done in by Kashfin Solutions, sadly, I have been too. But, I did not leave it there. Let me start from the beginning, there is hope for those of you who wish to join me on a little endeavor regarding Kevin Smith.
I was looking for a consolidation loan, but could not get help (credit is good, affordability low). Looked at alternatives, found Kashfin Solutions online. I sent in a request, and received a very quick response, in hindsight, that should have been the first red light, maybe it was just a bit too quick (hope you're reading here Kevin...oh and don't forget your attorney). I was sent some documents to complete, and after submitting them, without much delay I received a response, indicating that my affordability is too low, but that he can help lower my installments, and then I qualify for a loan of R100,000.00 with which I can do whatever I want.
I waited a bit, but on 30 August 2018 I paid R3,998.00 into his Standard Bank account, but, instead of having peace of mind, my creditors started phoning me. I phoned "Peter", yes, that is the name he gave me, and he said don't worry, here are the letters I've sent your creditors, just refer them to me. This kept on going for a week, and I started to smell a rat. I looked online, on this site as well, and found the complaints. I also found that Kashfin Solutions is not registered at the NCR. I called him, asking when the loan will be paid over, and he said his attorneys are just finalizing the details, but a day or three before I was told the loan has been approved and the money will be in my account within 3-5 days. You see, I have a nice little app called Callbox on my phone, and this records all conversations from the minute the phone rings. So, Kevin did not know that I knew he wasn't Peter, and that his bull**** were found out. I phoned him, told him about the reviews on Hello Peter, and he stated that his attorney is dealing with this nonsense, I sent him a very nasty email the day before, telling him that he should hope the SAPS reaches him before I do, to which he started with the attorney threat and I told him to shove the threat.
On Thursday 06 September 2018 I then went to the SAPS, opened a case of *****, and then went to Standard Bank, who froze his account, and their ***** department also contacted all the other financial institutions to inform them of possible ******* activities on Mr Smith's accounts, so I believe by today he should be sitting a bit short of cash.
I then sent him a very, very detailed email of what he is to expect. He promptly sent an email back, stating that he "instructed his bank to refund me and that the contract is hereby cancelled, sign on this document", and the short answer was no. He could not instruct his bank to refund me, the account was frozen already, and I am not signing anything to make this go away. Now for the fun part. Anyone who was de*****ed by this piece of ****, the case number is CAS 35/09/2018, opened at Bainsvlei SAPS, this will be transferred to the Heidedal station in Bloemfontein, since this happened while I was at work. If you want to be part of this case, contact me here and I will give you the details of the investigating officer, and the new case number, when I receive it. I am also going to open a civil case against him, as I am in possession of a signed contract and emails where he promised me R100,000.00. This, together with the financial losses I have suffered now due to his insistence that I do not pay my creditors as he is dealing with them, is going to cost him. I see there are five other people who complained about him, let's make him the famous person he would like to be.
