The Kasi Artist salesman at Fourways Mall shop incorrectly processed a payment from my card twice on 22-Dec-2025 (speed point issue). I provided proof from bank that the transaction was processed twice and he promised to refund the money. The Head Office then called me that they need a bank statement, even after I'd provided them with Proof of Payments from the Bank. I've subsequently provided them with the transaction listing and still waiting for the refund. The Salesman kept me updated and apologised for the delays and explained that if it was a cash transaction he would have been able to refund me directly, however, their head office has policies and lots of controls. I explained that the Proof of Payments from the Bank should have been enough for Head Office to satisfy their controls. The refund was processed evening of 23-Dec-2025.

Yesterday, I asked the staff at the Bayside Mall Kase artist stand to quote me on a screen protector for my new phone. Without asking my permission, the man took my phoneinstalled a screen protector and then asked me to pay R799. This is outrageous pricing and while he tried to explain away that it was a 3 layer privacy protector, I did not agree to it, nor could I afford it. I repeatedly asked for the price when his back was turned, loudly, so he cannot say he didnt hear me. He tried telling me he didnt understand me. I speak clear, eloquent English. He tried to haggle with me relentlessly when I asked him to remove the protector I didnt ask for, and kept arguing with me. I have previously had a screen protector done the week before, for R199. I had to call centre management and security, and threaten to call SAPS (the police) and when he saw I was serious and that 8 security guards were on their way, he told me I could tap my card and pay the same price I paid last week. This is unacceptable behavior and sales techniques. I tried reaching out to the owner and the phone number doesnt exist. I sent whatsapps to the cell listed on their website - same response. Its shocking and I will boycott the stand and raise awareness in the area about this incident. How many other people are they trying this tactic with ? I will not bul**** by a salesperson !!

I am extremely unhappy with Kase Artist at Menlyn Mall and will never recommend this store — or the brand — to anyone. On Sunday, I purchased a PlayStation 5 controller from this store. The salesperson explicitly assured us that the controller was original. When we got home, we discovered that the controller did not work at all and was clearly not authentic. We returned to the store on Tuesday to request a refund. The same salesperson who sold us the controller confirmed that the refund would be processed either on Tuesday (16-12-2025) or Wednesday (17-12-2025). To date, no refund has been processed, despite the fact that the store has my full banking details, which were written down on the back of the slip. To make matters worse, every contact number listed for this store is non-functional. I have tried calling: *** (listed on Google) *** (listed on your website) The 060 customer care number provided in store None of these numbers work. This raises serious concerns about how this business is being run and whether customers are being deliberately left without any form of support or accountability. I am demanding that my refund be processed before close of business today at 20:00 on 17-12-2025, in line with your trading hours. This situation is unacceptable, misleading, and extremely frustrating. Your immediate attention to this matter is required.
